The Dry Tortugas just about 70 miles outside of Key West is a one in a life-time experience for a normal tourist or a hobby fisher.
There are most likely not many places on the Earth where you can experience such clear water and such a huge specter of different fish species. You should not be surprised if you see a dolphin swimming beside you while you"re fishing or driving a boat. Act fast! Yes that"s right.
In order to ever get to experience the Dry Tortugas you have to act fast. The water levels are raising, and seeing as the islands are so close to the sea, we don"t know how long it"ll be left for us to experience these great islands and shores. However, as of now, the opportunities to fish at Dry Tortugas are amazing.
